Enrollment PROCESS
At the time your appointment was confirmed, you should have received an email from the following sender:
From: Patient Portal <welcome@practicemailer.com>
The initial link is only active for 72 hours, and includes your username and links, see SIGN-IN INFORMATION -->

You must FIRST activate your portal on a DESKTOP/LAPTOP, after which you can access it from the desktop or the APP.
